Might be fun to know what kind of sports we've tried in our lives. And no, Wii-sports isn't a real sport, nor is bedroom golf.
I've done the following over the years:
Indoor soccer: about 3-4 years. Took part in the university competition. However, we were crap, and we once lost 15-1.
Basketball: Off and on, for several years. I was quite adept at 3-pointers, but that's about the only thing.
Running: I started running around 10 years ago, and I still do run every now and then. I tend to keep the distances short, 10km at most, because my knees don't respond well to the conrete-pounding.
Weightlifting: Did a little bit of this in my university years. Never did manage to bulk up too much, but it was fun anyhow. Chicks in tight outfits huffing and puffing on the treadmill had something to do with it too
Cycling: I have an expensive road bike that I haven't used for a few years. However, when I was still into it, I got out there almost every day. It's a fun sport.
Karate: I practise karate about 3 times a week. Still a beginner, more or less, but I love it. The fun thing about martial arts is that you actually learn to have more control.
