I have tried advertising it on other forums in the past, but I usually only get people replyin with something like 'I remember my old Amiga!' or 'Why are you advertising that amiga website in your signature?'

I don't know whether we got any new members from it or not.

That is exactly right. I am at several boards and use following signature:

www.classicamiga.com moderator

So anyone interested in amiga stuff can take a look at our boards. I'm also at some retro and emulation boards, some show interests sometimes, but I only saw a few actually visiting or registering.

Maybe it's the lack of pr0n that's the problem?
Have been using the website as my signature on a couple of Amiga sites I vist and post on a regular basis.
I think I will sign up to a few others that i visit occasionaly and post a few thing there.
