Monkey Island had some fabulous quotes. Some of the all-time best.

Although straying from Amiga roots, who remembers the start of Duke Nukem 3D? Very famous, it was something like:

It's frickin genius. So funny how such a lot of humour sprang out from this. Sometime these 'internet memes' are pretty damned funny.
