I played this MMO a lot when it originally came out and I know a couple of other old members from here did too. I totalled over 1600 hours! Those were the days before marriage!

ArenaNet have remastered the original game and re-released it as Reforged. It's currently 40% off on Steam so a bargain. And as it was originally there are no monthly subscriptions, so once you own the game that's it.

And even better, if you played the game originally you can still log back into the same ArenaNet account and resurrect your old account in this new version. Retrieve your old character's and all their equipment and armour. I don't really have much time to play this again, but I'm tempted just to reload my old account and relive my Warrior Monk and Necromancer builds.
