I signed up for the pre-order of the Playstation VR2 and got the mail today that I have been "selected" for pre-order. So I just did that, at least that way I will be getting one on release. You can still cancel the order, but I thought it might not be a bad idea to just have one, even if it's for selling straight away.

I also received the pre-order email today. But I'm not going to bother at the moment as money is short. Will have to wait until the recession and strike action is over.

Nice. What are you going to try it with first?

Read yesterday they are adding support for Gran Turismo 7 and Resident Evil 7.

I just bought Gran Turismo 7 last week because I saw a "review" of the VR mode and apparently it's awesome.

I thought the Resi VR update would be for The Village? Is that not 8?

Apparently the Kayak VR experience is fantastic, as is Moss The Book 2.

Perhaps also Horizon and the Star Wars one.

Village has support from release but they are going to be updating 7 to support it.

RE4 remake coming out this year will also have VR.

No Man's Sky had also been updated to support it. That ran well in the original PSVR, so should look great with the PS5 updated version with all the updated graphics and environmental weather effects.

Others coming out that look promising include Behemoth, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners chapter 2, Firewall Ultra and Demeo.

I hope they upgrade a few others such as Star Wars Squadrons.

I'm not going to be able to afford a headset for some time, but will get one eventually for GT7 and No Man's Sky especially.

I still have the original physical copy of RE7 (wrapped), but sold No Man's Sky as I have it now on PC. Don't know if I would still be able to download it for free as I didn't have the digital version.

What the whole **** man!!! I just made one race in GT7, 2 laps in a small compact car, I'm sweating like after a marathon!!

It just looks awesome, wow, never thought that, the immersion is so real. I was looking at the guy in the car when I passed him You really think you're driving yourself.

Btw, I also bought Moss II and that Kayak: Mirage game, apparently it's very good and relaxing.

You might want to rebuy the PS5 version of No Mans Sky after reading this. They have released a full update specifically to add VR2 support and have reworked the visuals specifically for when in VR and changed the game mechanics in VR to take advantage, but also make it more immersive.

I can download No Man's Sky for free, I have already trophies so I guess it's valid for the digital version as well.

I also ordered now a Thrustmaster T300 RS GT steering wheel, I did not want to spend more as it's my first experience with a steering wheel, I wanted even to go with the Logitech G923 but after reading and watching reviews the noise it makes is quite loud, plus around 90% of the people suggested the Thrustmaster.

I also ordered a GT Omega stand for it, looks great.

Played Kayak: Mirage yesterday and it looks georgeous, my girlfriend was also stunned, she liked it but gets scared easily if a fish is bigger than a trout

Setup is done and works like a charm, tomorrow comes the test together with the VR.

I'm sitting on a kitchen chair which is obviously not the best, best would definitely be a racing chair, but I don't already have space for this, it will just stand in the living room.
