NFL in London, I'm coming

So this is the first time my Packers team is playing in London at the Hotspurs stadium. They are the last team from the NFL playing abroad. The game is on the 9th of October, so we will fly the 7th - 11th to London and stay 4 nights in the Pan Pacific hotel (https://www.panpacific.com/en/hotels...pp-london.html).

We don't know yet if we plan to stay longer, like until Saturday 15th or if we will come home on the 11th. Might be a good opportunity once we're already in the UK to stay a bit longer, just don't know yet what we could do (besides visiting the boss ). Last time I was in the UK was Easter 1982 to play soccer

Flights are therefore not booked yet.

London is a great city to do touristy stuff - there's so much to do there.

There is a lot to do in London. I haven't done half of what I want to see and do there and I used to travel to London a couple of times a month when younger as I had free train travel.

When I said I don't know what to do I meant outside of London, not IN London. We will decide this weekend, and perhaps the plan is just to stay in London instead of traveling around.

I would just say to stay in London, especially this time of year when the weather isn't so good. We have train strikes on going to so they are not running all of the time.

The Hotel you are in is just east of The Ivy City Garden which leads into Liverpool Street Station.

You should have a fab time. If you have the time, (& it's a must see event) you will need a full day at the Science Museum. - From where you're staying, don't go too far East out of daylight hours.

Years ago, the company I worked for at the time hung all the curtain cladding to the surrounding buildings between the Station & all around the Ivy Garden. I spent 7 months on the site fitting cladding & sun screens along the verandas.
Back then, the huge circular area was frozen up as an ice rink in Winter. Not sure if they do this now.

Check out the Lloyds Bank building too on Bishopsgate, which is on the corner of the Ivy City Garden. - Same company btw.
