I'm surprised it's still up as well. I remember having look some months after he passed and couldn't find anything. So I had a look at the site now and it does say right on the front page:

"Latest News : As some of you know, Edgar passed away last spring (spring 2015). We have finally managed to get access to Edgar's computer systems. We are now working to make Edgar's work available through the website and we are also working to make all of Edgar's apps available in App store again.

Important! If you have purchased any of the games from the website, but not received a download link, please send the receipt to support@emv-software.com and we will do our best to help you."
