Some good news. It seems to only be 47 files in the CHD set that were corrupt, and so you can just delete those and rejoin the new torrent at 93% to download the fixed files. The list of corrupted files to delete before joining the new torrent are:

If you still have the completed broken download, just delete those files and rejoin the new one with that set. It will complete much faster than trying to download the whole lot again, even if you have started to.
