There has always been something very suspect about that company. Did they even resolve the dispute over the rights to use the Commodore name?

And have they actually ever produced anything real? Has anyone actually ever purchased and received something from them?

They have an online store now where their C64, Vic Pro and Vic Slim can be pre-ordered.

This is what is causing all the troubleon some of the other forums, especially Amiga.org. C= USA are just creating Linux PCs in new retro looking cases that boot straight into emulaton from a start menu.

They are also now including advertising leaflets in with Disney DVDs and Blu-Rays. I got one when my 5-disk Tron: Legacy arrived from the States. Kinda gave me a shock, but so fitted in with the whole Tron-vibe.

And the Blu-rays are multi-region. Thank you Disney.

A lot of studios release most, if not all, of their discs as region free. Lionsgate and Disney do however release a mixture so you were lucky.

Anyone have a hacked region free BD player?

We've got a BD player (it's a surround sound combi unit) but we've had it maybe 7-8months and I don't think we've actually watched a bluray film on it yet. I think the region free DVD hack is quite easy to do, but I'm not sure about the hack for BD. I can't say I'm too bothered at the moment though.
