    eBid

I think it was r6stu, who a few years ago, recomended eBid. I bought a Cumana floppy drive from my Amiga using the site, but haven't used it since.

I was wondering if anyone else had used it?

    I've never used it myself.

    Is it this one Steve?

    What advantage over ebay?

    That's the one.

I'm not sure how much they charge nowadays, but I seem to remember a few years ago they were alot cheaper than ebay.

I ask as I recently sold an item on ebay and the ebay and paypal fees were much higher than I remember them being a few years ago.

I've not encountered eBid before, I had a bit of a rummage on there, but nothing I'm particularly looking for.

As it happens, with eBay and Amibay, I'm pretty-much sorted for my Amiga-habit. :-)
    A1200 - 68020/14, 1.4GB, 6MB
    A2000 - 68030/25, 4GB, 67MB
    A4000 - Still needs work...
    CD32 & CDTV too!

I also had a quick look at eBid last night, and I must say it isn't very user friendly. It isn't easy to narrow any searches, and when I looked at a couple of the items they had been listed in 2007 with a continued listing renewal set on them, so it is anyone's guess if the items are even still available.
