New MakeCD Tutorial (AmigaKit Tech Docs)

In response to a customer support question, we created a tutorial on burning CDs with MakeCD.

Thank you. I've been interested in trying CD writing on Amiga since upgrading both my A4000 and A1200's with CD/DVD writers, but haven't got around to actually trying it yet. I look forward to taking a look at the tutorial.
