    How's the performance on Solid State drives? Comparable to regular HDDs? I'm quite interested in the technology, mainly because silence and reliability is more important to me than raw storage capacity, or even speed.

    A Solid State drive as the main drive, coupled with a couple of external HDDs for storage only seems like a good combo for everyday use.

    Make that greater then any of the regular HD's used today.
    Seriously, I've seen some tests on installing & running Win7 and they were much better.
    Can't seem to find those now...
