    That looks very small.

If you haven't played a classic game in years, it's never too late to start!

The WiiKey will be released the 21.02.2007 and will have following features:

    - Direct boot of Wii backups (like originals)
    - Direct boot of GC backups (like originals)
    - Direct boot of homebrew in GC mode
    - Supports all currently available console and drive versions (including the D2B chipset)
    - True sophisticated upgradability via DVD/disc (future proof, expect cool features to come)
    - Direct boot of different NTSC region Wii games on USA and JAP consoles
    - Partial support for different region NTSC games on PAL consoles (70%)
    - Supports different region GC games (partially without swapping)
    - Supports multi-disc games for BOTH Wii and Gamecube
    - Supports DVD-R / TRUE DVD+R and +RW support (no bitsettng required)
    - Improved read settings for recordable media
    - Built-in audio fix (for games using streaming, no patch required)
    - Supports full-size 4GB DVD for Gamecube homebrew
    - Stealth mode
    - 512 byte EEPROM to store configuration
    - 4 wires & quick solder interface
    - Unique disc backup application via SD-card
    - Compact design, best quality components, rock solid high speed controller
    - Professional ESD packing

The WiiKey can play most of the NTSC games on a PAL console. It depends on how the games were programmed. A majority of the NTSC games (JAP and US) were tested on PAL consoles, and about 70% ran without any problems. The games that did not run, won't also run in the future, but that has a technical background.

The WiiKey disposes of an unique recovery mode. If you screw your update, the chip can be reprogrammed over its recovery mode.

100% quicksolder. There are no wires needed, the WiiKey is soldered completely to the board via quicksolder.

That is annoying to see that one 70% of JAP and US games will work. Especially as most people wanting to use this will be needing it to run games that are not released in the PAL region.
