I've now read on a few different websites that to get the fastest speed allocated to a Broadband MAX line during the first 10 day period where the exchange adjusts the line speed to get the best results you need to try and maintain a maximum download speed for as much of those 10 days as you can. This is going to be such a hardship needing to max out my downloads.
