Is Sega planning a return to the console market?

Remember the story last year where that Chinese company had licensed the Sega brand name to brand their own hand held Media/MP3 players with the name?

I have a feeling this could be a continuation of that. Especially as it mentions built-in screens.

However, it would be nice to think they are considering a comeback, but I don't think they would be strong enough to take on the current big three. They just don't have the financial backing that Sony and M$ have, or the market share of Nintendo to really fight them.

It might also be arcade related, rather than home.

They also mention something about new arcade machines, which of course have built-in screens. I don't think they gonna release a new console either.
