    PIICRON

I've found a seriously meant but ridicilous site about a next gen console, the PIICRON, which can play any game of any system ever released! Now how cool, but stupid is that? They even announce 3 different models:

    - Übercron (The monster flagship that plays any game to any console)
    - Netcron (Our revolutionary & groundbreaking handheld game console)
    - Secron (Our value console, owning PS3/WII/360, aimed at 3rd world)

    Read for yourselves.

    PIICRON - Join the revolution!

I've heard of the Netcron and Secron. They were announced and featured in the PC press a while back. However not much more has been heard since and it seemed to be a vaporware.

The site is quite nice. However it is all just concept without any final hardware so we will have to wait and see what happens.

I personally can't wait! They play all games from all consoles, EVER!!!

Also, they are very ethical because by taking the Secron to the Third World they are helping poor Ethiopians play PS3 and xbox 360 games.

    INVEST NOW!!!

Wasn't there a computer in development a couple of years ago that was also meant to be able to play all games from all previous systems? I seem to remember an image of a PC that was in a similar configuration to an Amiga A500, with an all in one keyboard design.

A few companies have tried this idea and none have ever come to market, fading away soon after the initial announcements.

I only can remember the Phantom console which should play all PC based games, but it never got released. This one's a hoax anyway.
