Finally got hold of some Verbatim discs!

It seemed Verbatim blank media was in very short supply in December as I've only just managed to locate a seller with any in stock!

I've been after some DVD+R DL discs but unless you opted for some unknown cheap make there were non around. Finally got hold of some 2.4x DVD+R DL Verbatim discs, which arrived in the mail today, and my NEC writer was nice enough to actually burn them at an average 6x speed, with it peeking at 8x towards the end of the first layer.

So no need to pay more for the 8x certified discs then!

Also got a couple of 100 packs of Verbatim DVD-R 16x which should keep me going for a bit.
