    Baroque released

And another RPG release for the PS2 (and also Wii) called Baroque.

@Harrison: It's in my queues of Easynews.

I did actually already manage to grab this one from a torrent site at the end of last week. I've not had chance to test it yet though. I didn't know anything about this one so when I saw it released I was quite surprised. Atlus games are normally pretty good.

This one is very disappointing. First off the graphics are not great, very washy textures, it all reminds me of a PSX game, and not later PS2 standard. The voice acting is pretty good, but again, not better than on a PSX.

The game itself is an action RPG, and the camera is a big problem, as it's never where it should be. This is extremely annoying when you're in a fight, as you often lose sight of the enemy.

I only played it for 30 minutes, then I had to put it away. Perhaps it gets better later on.

I will still give it a go. Sounds very much like some of the later low budget RPGs released on the original PSX.
