a Way to capture screens on a real A1200

I would like to capture some screens from a real Amiga A1200 anyone know a way? a program to do it (don't want to be re-doing palettes with such things as action replay etc)

want to grab performance from sysinfo (so it's not a game)

    Thanks for any ideas

With it being a CRT 17" monitor it's not an option to use a camera!
A1200 : Blizzard 030 / 4gb 2.5" Hd /64mb Edo ram/1 gb compact flash - pcmcia / internal scan doubler / Trilogic joystick mouse adaptor (works with pc optical mice) 17" Black Samtron samsung monitor...

You could try something like SGrab - http://aminet.net/util/wb/sgrab.lha
    I've lost my smile again...
