This seems to be an interesting joypad for FPS. The FragFX has an ergonomic formed mouse for the right hand, which is combined with a detachable controller for the left hand. It works with all games and game genres. It seems that with this controller, FPS are even better controllable than on a PC. But it's not only interesting for games, but also for the normal control of the PS3, f.ex. PS3 Home or the browser can be controlled with double efficiency, faster, easier and more exact than with the normal PS3 pad.

It costs around 60€.
