    The SharkPPC+ definitely looks like the best option, although it is also not cheap. It also supports a USB expansion too, so you shouldn't need to add anything extra. When is this going to be available though?

    If you haven't played a classic game in years, it's never too late to start!

    Similar to most Amiga hardware then. At some point if you hope and wish hard enough we may one day see it produced.

    To quote Elbox's site 'Prices start from EUR 299.95 (depending on the processor version).'

    Which is about equal to £215 so I guess it might be cheaper if you just got a slow G3 rather than a fast G4.

    Actually, is there currently any AltiVec optimised software for the Amiga?

    EDIT: I was getting currencies mixed up. The price in the list was in dollars, which is why it looks expensive. Then it says at the bottome of the page, the price in EUROs
