    Case restoration.

    Seeing as I have some time on my hands ive started a few projects. One of them being psu rebuild, and the other case restoration.

    Had an old very yellowed A1200 which, I thought would make a good starting level.

    Here are the pics. What you think of them? I was going to respray the A1500 as best as I could back to original colours.

    Looks nice when cleaned, what did you use? If you have more A1200s, then I would spray one in black or yellow, a special one

    I found one of the oxygen cleaning products (think it was cif) worked quite well at reducing the yellowing.

    I used 3 coats of primer, 3 coats of matt white paint and then 3 coats of lacquer.

    What is a "primer"? i cant find a translation ...

    is that any kind of paper to pass over the Amiga plastics?
