LHA software for PC

I know winrar can decompress lha files, but what can i use to create them? rar only lets rar and zip creation!

There are two you will find useful.

IZArc - http://www.izarc.org/ - Will read and write most formats including LHA.

ZipZag - http://www.zipzag.com/ - This goes much further and will read and write LHA, LZH and many other formats, plus if you add Total Commander plugins to it, ZipZag can also work with ADF, ADZ, HDF, HDZ, LZX and many more.
