Getting in to an establishment where the legal age to enter is 18 i.e a club. Getting carded means to get asked to produce a form of ID to prove you are 18+.

It's a government conspiracy to meet some target! ID only people who are 18 and over and say you've got a 0% rate of under-age boozing. The bouncers, clubs and the govt. are all in on it. Or maybe not...
