Hmm... not a very convincing video. Why is the guy using a laptop connected at the same time as the Xbox 360? As others said on the comments for the video he could just been feeding the signal through from the laptop when that Linu is coming message appeared.
It would be cool if someone did manage to do it though.
If you haven't played a classic game in years, it's never too late to start!
There's also an article about this at heise.de. The guy is an unknown hacker at the hacker congress 23C3. It's heavily discussed if it's a fake or not. Some said that they saw that this was not a video played over a laptop, but that the Box was connected via a circuit board to a laptop. They don't know if it's "only" a shader-hack of the graphic display, or if he really ran a code. The bouncing of the played screen combination points to the expectation that it's the latter.
But they also say in another article that the Wii has high potential as hacker target.
I fully expect the Wii is likely to be the most hacked next gen system early on due to its hardware design. It would be really cool if they can hack it and create a Mod chip that can utilise the virtual console to run your own game roms through. Now that would be brilliant and I will be dreaming of that day from now on!

A Wii with a TB disk for all emulation would be cool.
