I'm the same. Would much rather play something slower paced and more technically minded, with the ability to pick off enemies strategically from long range, or behind. It's why we both like RPGs....
It's amazing how much fun everyone gets from a voice synthesizer. We used to have hours of fun at school in the last 80's on Casio SK1 keyboards recording our voices, then playing them back at...
Nice Auction idea. Good luck on raising money.
Have you also posted this on Amibay.com as there would be interest on there?
I might have to give that Android version a try. Not played anything emulation/retro on Android in quite some time.
Also still haven't got a Pi4 yet, but I might ask for one from my wife for...
Welcome. Great to hear from someone within the scene. I will have a listen when I get time.
Look forward to reading what you think of it. Definitely great that the hardware dev community is still going strong.
As for the site emulating Amiga games in a browser, I forget which one it was before. HTML5 based browsers really have enabled far more direct application running from within a browser. It is...
That always bugs me too. It really was only known as a games machine by so many, epsecially in the UK. A friend had an A500+ in the early 90s and he only loaded Workbench to copy games and...
I've not seen this particular one, but was looking at a few mini PCs recently. With current tech they are a long way ahead of anything small you used to be able to get. I'm considering one more...
Nice news. I loved Warcraft III and will definitely be going this a try. Love RTS and strategy games. Second only to an RPG.
Will take a look this weekend.
I played around with MorphOS a very long time ago and really liked it, but at the time Mac Mini prices shot through the roof and I didn't bother buying one.
At the moment I'm more interested in...
It's a great project, but I can't justify such a purchase myself as I just wouldn't use it. Would still be great to own one though.
I'm been considering a Pi4 to play around with. Will be interesting to know how you get on.
My conclusion at the moment is that the Snes mini is probably still the most powerful mini system...
€540 for a new lamp? Wow! Have you looked into the new LED projectors? Meant to never need replacements, but I've not read any reviews.
As for TV size, we couldn't fit a 75" TV in our...
Wow! I bet that was a bit of a shock. So lucky no one was killed with so many houses destroyed. Have there been tornadoes there before ever or this is something completely unique?
Weather...
I noticed that. Hasn't realised either. Most of the extras are ship eye candy though and not required.
That big bundle isn't just Elite though, but the publishers whole catalogue
No, never thought it would be eady, but after parliament voted unanimously to honour the result of the referendum, and then to trigger article 50, everyone expected every PM to honour this and all...
No I have a problem with the EU being Autocratic. Plus after the UK parliament voted unanimously to trigger article 50 and begin the leave negotiation, they have then spent the last 3 years trying...
That's the thing though. You mentioned opportunities because of being in the EU, and I'm sure many whom voted remain share similar experiences, hence voting to remain. Whereas others don't...
Has anyone seen this new game?
https://store.steampowered.com/app/690830/Foundation/
It shares its name with the Amiga game Foundation, has a very similar gameplay, look and feel. The devs...
A backup and clean install might be better.
I think politics is getting worse everywhere, although it might actually be social media actually exposing them all for who they really are to the public for the first time.
You should watch a...
AU$ converts to about £22k or €25k. So yeah a fair amount. Enough to fund the project and a few months wages to get it complete.
