The maths is probably simple-ish to work out but I probably won't bother.
I did spend time searching to see if anyone had _actually_ done it in the real world and didn't come up with much other...
The ring of coloured lights at the back around the stand mounting point is neat.
Looks great in the posed and stylishly set up display photos, but I do wonder how it'd look in a real world setting...
GeForce NOW would have seemed like the future, if it was announced some time ago.
Geforce YESTERDAY, amirite?
I collected a bunch of blank CDRs and DVDRs from work - they were being given away. I then realised I had no need for them either and was just obtaining them for the sake of it.
I remember when I...
I very narrowly missed out on some Pioneer Fluoroscan separates being sold locally on facebook.
My dad had some of these, but they are gone now, and i wish they'd been kept.
All my CDs are in...
SSD for commonly used things (like the OS) and mechanical HDDs for storage seem to show that the best of both is possible.
Good luck DC, I hope that you're on the mend and back to full strength soon.
This sounds like an interesting kind of series. But how were they accessing the ancient illegal hard drive without other technology too?
I quite liked that unsettling eerie / spooky atmosphere (pun not intended). This is a game that I'd be keen to try, as long as it is reasonably priced (say, 20 bucks or so).
Indeed DC, therefore it seems to me like "was anyone from the original involved in this?" is very much a reasonable question to ask, you and I agree on this....
So I'm still really not sure what...
I'm still not sure where you are trying to go, but I mean it sure does look like it's based on / heavily inspired by / a spiritual successor to (take your pick, or a negatively minded person may say...
I read that post a few times, Kin, and I'm still not really clear what point you are trying to make.
The purple board looks cool
I'm a little torn by this. I've found some of the viewpoints quite interesting - even opposing ones.
I understand there is that feeling of being special, owning something rare or hard to find....
Some of the old regulars drifted away such a long time ago, makes me wonder sometimes if they are still around, if they even use that email address, how they've been etc.
I think a nudge to...
From the link: "METHODOLOGY: 80 historical "Best of All Time" lists published over the last 30 years were compiled & assessed; Individual Rankings were scored based on a curve with bonus points for...
I'm happy to make a calendar of naked pics, that would bring in the female Amiga fans AND raise heaps of cash.
Without more details it's hard to make a truly informed judgement but it sounds like this could have some benefits for the user, and while I get that corporations gotta make money (CEOs gotta eat...
Just from the picture posted of the top 15, that's a solid start to a list and I loved many of those (Zeldas, Mario 64, Resi 4, Mass Effect 2) and had a really good time with Bioshock, HL2 and Portal...
That looks like an impressive and high spec setup. How much have you spent all-up on that thing?
One thing that stood out to me - the rectangular CPU packaged in a circular packet, packaged...
21 dev houses? good grief - that's a lot.
Isn't this just businesses doing what businesses do, though?
I mean, whether we agree with it or not isn't the whole set up that businesses exist to make money, and as much money as possible.
Wipeout Omega Collection has a BANGING soundtrack too
You've got a far more up to date setup than I have.
In fact, I don't think I even really have a setup to speak of.
