A Stone is an imperial measurement so doesn't have an exact unit into it for KG. To explain what it is exactly, one Stone equals 14 pounds. Hope that makes more sense now. UK imperial...

That is very true. Also I found that regular exercise also stops you feeling tired as much and you generally feel like you have more energy.

That is very true. Using a diet to initially lose the weight is all well and good, but not if you then go back to as you were before the diet. The weight will just go back on. A lifestyle change...

Do any of you believe the theory that some people are more susceptible to weight gain than others? That different people have different pre-set metabolisms?

I'm personally not so sure about that....

Just wondering if any here has tried going on a diet, and if so did it work?
