International Loud Shirt Day

I am trying to start an International Loud shirt Day on August the 30th every year. It disturbed me that there is an International William Shatner Day and Talk Like A Pirate Day but no International Loud Shirt Day. The closest I could find was in Australia they have a Loud Shirt Day for deaf charities. I want to go one bigger and get a Loud Shirt Day for the world. It's not for charity but if anyone wants to do it for charity I request that they raise money for mental health charities based in their area.
