The Hobbit films are due 2010 and 2011 directed Guillermo Del Toro. James Bond Quantumn of Solace is due autumn. Star Trek is Due May 2009.
Good news they are on the way, bad news about the wait.

Star Trek is next year now? :( It was originally scheduled for November 2008.
More money in Summer Blockbusters than Winter ones.
