Quiz feature added to forum

I've now added a new Quiz section to the forum. This Quiz link is in the top Navigation bar.

It is quite comprehensive, allowing for multi question quizzes with single select, multi select or text entry for the answers. You can also
set a time limit on a quiz if needed. Members with the correct permissions can also submit their own new quizzes from the forum.

The system includes a Leaderboard for each quiz and an overall Leaderboard for all Quizzes taken.

When you complete a quiz you are sent a PM with your results and the correct answers (if it is set to show them).

I've added some example quizzes to get us started. Have fun and hope you enjoy them. :thumbs:

note: Inferno Quiz was originally written for an older version of vB. Please let me know if you see anything strange happening whilst taking a quiz. I have tested it myself and haven't spotted anything so far.
