Hello,

Do any of you read webcomics?
And which ones do you read?

I follow various myself but my favorite is Bruno the Bandit, Bruno's is a spoof of the old Conan the Cimmerian and Red Sonja books and movies; a world with empires, kingdoms, wizards, dragons and barbarians, but also computers, celllphones and cable television.

The comic is about a would be thief and his microdragon sidekick who in the beginning tried various 'quick rich' schemes to strike it big, these days the comic is more arc like but still very enjoyable.

Subjects such as religion and politics appear in the comics and some fun is made of them but the artist never forces his opinion on you, and sometimes it even makes you think about these subjects in the real world.

I always collected comics, but sold most of them. Only kept some magazines, mainly Groo: The Wanderer by Sergio Aragoñes, which is just pure fun, I still have a bit more than 100 issues.

I've actually been looking for some Web Comics recently so if any of you have some links to some good ones please post them so I can take a look.

I don't read any webcomics regularly, but I do read ordinary ones. Have been collecting a wide variety of series since I was a kid. Among my favourite series are Ernie, Larson, Zits, 'Nam, and Pondus. Not to mention Tex Willer and Pioner. Anyway, have stumbled upon some webcomics from time to time, but that is mostly in newspapers and such.

I've read the English translations of Bio Booster Armour Guyver, my fav anime/comic. The bugger is they're no longer translating to English and havent for years. I managed to find the translations all the way up to volume 24, the offical translations stopped at volume 7 which is a bugger for me! Also I no longer have access to the site's translations which is a great pitty. Great comic.

One strip you ought to read if you're into both Amiga and comics is Sabrina Online (http://dionaea.com/sabrina/sabrina.php). A great comic strip about a female Amiga-using, Transformer figure-collecting somewhat conservative geek, who winds up working as the IT-specialist at a porn film-studio. Hilarity ensues. Since it's one long storyline it's best read from the beginning. It's been running since 1996, and is updated with 4-5 new strips every month. Over 400 strips to read now.

PG mentioned Pondus. The most succesful Norwegian comic strip to date. Pondus' life revolves around beer, AC/DC and the Liverpool football team. And there's some great support characters in there as well such as his family and his best friend. It often has some very clever points that'll have you laughing hard. There's a page with strips translated to english here (http://my.opera.com/community/pondus/), which is updated with a new strip daily, even on sundays. The english translation is several years behind the original, so I can promise that this one is definitely worth following, as this a very funny strip that stays original instead of stagnating like most other strips like this. It stays fresh by actually having some serious twists and plot changes along the way, something that's almost unheard of in these kind of strips.

Ah, I'm already a big fan of the Eric Schwartz Amiga art and his 3D stuff too. Sabrina was used a lot in the 90's unofficially promoting the Amiga as not being dead.

I was actually looking for for proper online graphic novels but haven't really found that many. Anyone know some good sites?

Yep, after some searching on the web I came to realise that this guy had quite some background which pretty much makes me question his mind.
Okay, there is a market for it I think this goes way beyond just to satisfy a demand for a certain product.
