View Full Version : The name game

I thought I would start a little name game. The rules are simple. First I will name an Amiga game starting with the letter A. The next member has to post a game starting with the last letter of that game, and so on.
So for example if I started with the game A-Train, the next member would have to post the name of a game starting with N. If they posted the game Nebulus then the next person would then need to name a game starting with the later S.
Note that there is a 10 letter minimum post limit on the site, so you may need to post something before the game you name such as "The Next Game is:"
So lets get started. The first game is:
Apidya

Hm :hmmm:, we already had EofB, and please explain me, Turrican 3 has a 3 or perhaps an N at the end, so what the heck has EotB to do with that???
Submeg

the letter 3 is spelt three? :hmmm:

I agree, I can't see how Eye of the Beholder relates to the number 3. Anyway, here is a game:
3D Pool
Lemmings
(I'm with Submeg on this one, I would've used the 'e' at the end of 'three' but I can see why you disagree. '3D Construction kit' would've been a superb comeback though. But as we've already had EotB it's a moot point....)

I think this topic will never come to an end, and will finally make the board explode.
Will be fun seeing how big it can get! We can always split it into a new topic if it hits a size limit. Half the fun as it continues will be posting names with ending letter that are harder to find games for.
BTW, the ending letter does need to be the character used. So 3 as a number, not spelt as three. And you can only use a name once.

I originally played this game on the Acorn Archimedes at school! Our computer lessons were great. The IT was so easy that we had it completed within 10 minutes of the class starting. We then spent the rest of the lesson playing games and mucking around with all the other programs we had "acquired".

Really crap side scrolling platform game. I got this free as part of a bundle of free games I received when I ordered Dungeon Master. It had elements of Rygar mixed with the ability to morph between a woman and a wolf.
The only redeeming feature of the game was that the girl was modelled on that fit blonde one from Beverly Hills 90210 (Kelly, played by Jenny Garth) and the A2 poster that accompanied the game sported her in a very small fur bikini. Great when you are only 12 at the time!
