The opposite could be called Inferior Cowards or The antonyms and they could have negative powers.

The Flash = Slowmoman
Incredible Hulk = Unimpressive Bulk
Spiderman = Friction free man, unsticky boy (?)
Ironman = Malleable Man
Wonder woman = Plain Jane
Invisible man = Ultra Visible Man
Black panther = white moggy
Moonlight = Daylight
Aquaman = Airboy
Antman = Elephant woman
Batman = Mouseboy (villan could be The Owl)
Etc

Could make an amusing film. For every superhero there is an opposite.
