Fully functional in every manner & now surplus to requirement, it comes with all original documentation, Driver CD & Retail packaging. The edges of the box are worn & looked just like this when I bought it in its cellophane wrapper. Blurry image on the rear label but the Model # is SB0880. The Fatal1ty bit is the Cover which lights an X-Fi LED reflector when plugged in. :D

PCIe only of course & the latest Drivers inc. Windows 8.1 are here:

May I ask what you replaced it with? I'm considering a dedicated sound card for better surround sound in game.

Motherboard sound on Z77 mobo. A decent pair of headphones ( I use Sennheiser HD 595's) are awesome for Gaming with surround sound. Very positional for knowing where the enemy are, looking to have my AK47 up their schnitzers. :twofinger:

But this card makes it so much more detailed. Much sharper & less "Boomy" if that makes sense. I'm giving up sharper/detailed sound for better airflow around my SLI'd 780Ti's. When I had 3 x 670's in my Quad SLI Mobo, I couldn't use the SB card at all.

If you're considering this H, at this price, .....you won't go far wrong tbh.

Are the Sennheiser HD 595's surround sound headphones then? I thought they were just stereo?

Yep Just Stereo, but when Playing a 3D shooter, you know if someone is ahead to your right or behind you to the left.
Likewise when in a Racing Sim. When someone is up ur Ass, it's across both speakers. When they go to pass, the sound moves with them accordingly.

They are phenomenal headphones for Gaming with & give you a very immersive surround experience. :)
