It is, but it is on Early Access. I've only tried a couple of Early Access games on Steam, and they were obvious early betas. So I stopped buying them. Fine if trying the beta is what you want, but for playing the game proper I'd recommend wishlisting it and waiting for the proper release. Pick it up later, when it's on your wishlist Steam will e-mail you when it's on sale again.
