Hi Harrison,

Heh I did play Terminator 2: the Arcade Game, remember? ;)
Personally I found that one of the best uses of the IP.

I wish I had the talent to make a Terminator Future War game, it would be based on the first two movies (the only two IMO)' future scenes with the player controlling Tech Com soldiers.

To bad BOTTS still can't be run but with all the modern Mech Warrior games there are plenty of alternatives.

Harrison, any idea if they have a rom of the new Aliens game?

I haven't tested it yet, but it seems that Virtua RAcing is still not fully playable, you can only drive 1-2 rounds, just as in the version before. But this has been written by a member of AEP, I haven't tested it myself.

I've not tried Virtua Racer yet, but being able to drive around the track is a big improvement over the old emulation of this game. Whenever I've tested it before, just to see how much it would do, the game would load and you would appear on the starting line, but you accelerated from the starting grid you were stuck and didn't move. Also much of the scenery was missing.

I asked if you had played it before as I was unsure what links you needed. If you hadn't played MAME before then you would need the emulator, as well as the game roms.

As you have used MAME before you will know what it is all about. Just download the latest version of MAME32 and then get a copy of the game roms. There are a couple of ways to do this. If you are on broadband and don't mind leaving your computer on for a while then you could download the complete current mame game set from pleasuredome. The MAME torrent is a free download meaning that you don't need to have any upload ratio credit in order to download the set.

Alternatively you could join the pleasuredome torrent and just select the specific game from the torrent to download. Or you could go to somewhere like planetemu.net and download just the game.
