Active tracking of messages

I can't find such an option in the settings, to active tracking of messages. Any help?

Do you mean a read receipt in PM messages? So you know when someone has read a message you sent?

If so, there is a tick box below the PM to select this option before you send a message. Tracking is optional on each message you send, rather than being required by default. The receiving member needs to accept the red receipt, the same as email read receipts work.

Additional settings for PM and other site settings can be found under your profile (click settings link at top of page) under the General settings page.

It can be set to on by default across the whole site, but it's not really needed on here.
