A new Amiga emulator for Android has been released called UAE4ALL2. I've not had chance to try it yet, but some of the members on Amibay are reporting good rates of success.
It supports emulation of both original and AGA Amigas, plus HDF files, and it has been reported to boot into a Workbench 3.1 setup well.
Some games seem to have compatibility issues, but most seem to work well, with good speed.
It also supports Bluetooth devices, with one person saying they have managed to use a Wiimote as a joystick.
