Commodore full rights at CommodoreUSA... ?

they are talking about full rights from CommodoreUSA...
They are using Commodore name... but they now have full rights?

can anyone with a better english then me, explain this?
We saw in the past so many stories about this that i don't know...

Not sure. Commodore USA have been a bit of a dodgy/strange setup ever since they appeared and no one has been 100% where they stand or who they even license the Commodore name from. We definitely need more information about this before drawing any conclusions.
