It's an A1000 motherboard. The Agnus and Denise chip numbers will tell you whether it's PAL or NTSC. For more info go here. (http://amiga.resource.cx/mod/a1000.html)

Yep, definitely an A1000 motherboard, without the daughterboard fitted. It looks like a US NTSC one to me.
