I think Nintendo's Mario license has moved on enough that they shouldn't feel threatened by the game these days. I could be wrong though. You know what these big corporations are like when it comes to their licenses.

Nice find. I love the graphics, just wish they hadn't remixed the tunes so much - I find it frustrating.

You can hear inspiration from the original tune, but just as you think it's about to kick in full flow, it goes all weird.

I've heard of the Great Giana Sisters game but have never tried it.

I look forward to a DS release though - I'll try it then.
