Beta 3:
- bsdsocket initialization rewritten, should be more reliable now if uae rom is moved and/or other extra residents enabled (I donīt understand how it was supposed to work previously..)
- OpenAL sound mode problems fixed ("I hope")
- Raw mouse/"name of mouse" mouse wheel support fixed (has always been broken)
