The adpaters to use pc keyboards in Amiga are only for A1200?
Is there any adapter to put a pc keyb in A600 ??

A600 and A1200 keyboard matrix's are different so you wouldn't be able to use the same A1200 adapters for an A600. Not sure if there are any specifically for the A600, but you might be able to convert an A1200 one to work.

@Tiago

the connector is identical to the A1200, however the MPU is different on the A600,

Both are 44pin PLCC chips soldered to the motherboard. I do believe that they have the same line pinout, just a different keyboard matrix handler..

you can infact solder to the Clock, data, +5 and gnd of the chip and use an A500 keyboard on either the A600/A1200.

There are some keyboard adapter that plug over the top of the keyboard MPU, this might be worth a try, be sure to check that the 5 volts is in the right place. although as they are Theoretical pin compatible it should work ;)

check out this lyra keyboard adapter (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=1651), this could work as it slots over the Keyboard MPU

saying this there is already a product for the A600, Elbox PC-Key 60 (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=1538) although finding one of these models for the A600 might prove tricky as the A1200 version is almost identical and easly confused, the latter wont work with the A600 connector as the Matrix is different.

hope it helps :)
