To my surprise there are current a "few" Amiga A4000's on ebay.

Amiga 4000 computer, G-Lock, Opalvision card. 16MB RAM

This one is Pick Up only from the Harwick, UK area, but it is currently only going for £109 so is a real bargain. It does however end today so be quick!

AMIGA 4000/030 +MONITOR +CD DRIVE +18MB RAM +100MB HDD

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=320178628263

This looks like a very nice auction. It's currently only going for £49.99, but does still have 4 days to go, ending on 11/11/07 at 17:37 GMT.

The case looks quite yellow, but it is shown in the pictures fully working. The seller prefers pick up and will demonstrate the system when you collect, but they will also ship if you wish.

As well as the main A4000, this also includes a COmmodore 1084s monitor, GVP A2000 HC Series card, 2 HDs, a CD-ROm drive and software.

AMIGA 4000 030 33MHz CPU+FPU +MONITOR+SOFTWARE

This item looks like a very nice A4000. The main system looks nice and clean and well looked after, with only the keyboard showing signs of slight yellowing.

It's currently selling for £62, but still has 4 days to go, finishing on 11/11/07 at 20:33 GMT. And is being sold from Bristol, UK.

It looks like it comes with quite a few disks and all the original manuals and software.

The system has the later Super Buster version 11, which fixed some issues with memory in the older version. The only thing I'm not sure of is that this system seems to have been overclocked somehow. It is stated that it is running at 33MHz, compared to 25MHz for a standard 4000/30. So it might be worth asking the seller how this has been achieved if you are interested.

There are also currently some CPU accelerators for the A4000 on ebay.

Amiga A4000, Commodore 040 board, with FPU

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=320177356526

This is an official Commodore A3640 CPU daughter board for the A4000 (I asked the seller and he confirmed this). This is the board that comes in a standard A4000/40, so is a good upgrade for any A4000/30 owner. It can also be used in an A3000.

Currently it is going for only £20, but doesn't end until 11/11/07 at 15:13 GMT.

Amiga 3000/4000 Cyberstorm 68060 CPU accelerator card

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=110189799808

This is a rare 68060 accelerator CPU daughter board for the A4000 or A3000.

This is being sold in Australia so check the postage before bidding. It's currently going for AU $440 (£195) and will end on 16.11.07 at 10:00 GMT.
