Since repartition my hard drive into one 2gig and one 4gig partition and converting to SFS, some software has been giving me problems installing.

Both TFX and Canon Print Studio are telling me that I do not have enough space free, even though both drives are pretty empty.

What can I do?

You can try installing the software manually via Filemaster or Dopus (or through drag and drop in Workbench ;)). Make a directory for each program, copy the files over, and make the necessary assigns. For libs and such files, copy them over to the respective folders on your system partition.

I would second that recommendation. Many times I used to find that a programs installer was badly written on the Amiga and would fail with some error. Manually copying all of the programs files into the correct locations in Workbench and then setting up some assigns in the startup-sequence to redirect the original program's disk names to the install directory used to work well when this problem happened.
