* hq2x crash fix (too small temp buffer)
* directory/archive dragndrop work now without empty spare drives
* uaehf.device media insertion detection fixed
* display size and position (if not 0*0) added to display name list
* joystick direction does not get stuck anymore if active mouse and joystick is configured to same port using input panel
* allocate more temporary memory space for filesystem state saving
* GUI add/remove directory filesystem work on the fly (hardfiles not supported)
